当地时间2月29日，印尼总统佐科·维多多出席公司承建应印尼KAN项目落成庆典仪式。应业主方邀请，公司党委书记，董事长周恩利带队前往项目所在地印度尼西亚东加里曼丹省邦唐市参加庆典。印尼国有企业部长埃里克·托希尔（Erick Thohir）、投资部长巴希尔·拉哈达利亚（Bahlil Lahadalia）、贸易部长朱尔基夫利·哈桑（Zulkifli Hasan）以及总统咨询委员会主席威兰托（Wiranto）等相关政府和企业负责人共同出席庆典。
On February 29, 2024, at the invitation of Owner of the PT Kaltim Ammonium Nitrate (KAN) factory in Bontang City, Indonesia, Mr. Zhou Enli, the Secretary of the Party Committee and President of SEDIN Engineering Co., Ltd. of China National Chemical Engineering Group Corporation Ltd. (CNCEC), arrived Bangtang City, East Kalimantan Province, Indonesia, the project location, and inauguated KAN factory. Indonesian President Joko Widodo or Jokowi, SOE Minister Erick Thohir, Investment Minister Bahlil Lahadalia, Trade Minister Zulkifli Hasan, and Presidential Advisory Board chairman Wiranto and among others and the Owners attended the ceremony.
KAN项目是中国化学赛鼎公司在印尼承建的第一个硝酸及硝酸铵工厂，也是印尼本国第一个国有硝酸铵工厂。项目规模为年产6万吨硝酸，7.5万吨硝酸铵。本项目以液氨为原料，采用赛鼎自有硝酸工艺技术生产稀硝酸，采用加压中和管式反应器生产硝铵溶液，高塔造粒生产固体硝铵产品。赛鼎已利用该技术在国内建设了近百套不同能力的工业装置，并全部成功投入运营。自项目开工建设以来，赛鼎公司克服了疫情影响、全球供应链中断、芯片短缺等各种困难，于2023年底将项目正式交付业主。
PT KAN plant is the first nitric acid and ammonium nitrate factory contracted by SEDIN of CNCEC, and it is also the first state-owned ammonium nitrate factory in Indonesia. The project scale is 60kt/y of nitric acid and 75kt/y of ammonium nitrate. SEDIN is using its proprietary nitric acid technology, taking liquid ammonia as the feeding material to produce weak nitric acid, using the pressurized neutralizing tube reactor to produce ammonium nitrate solution, then granulating the solid ammonium nitrate products with the prilling tower. SEDIN has constructed nearly 100 commercialized units with various capacities in China by taking this technology, and all units have been successfully commissioned and put into normal operation. Since the project commencement, SEDIN has overcome various difficulties such as the impact of the epidemic, global supply chain disruption, and shortage of chips, and finally handover this project to the Owner officially at the end of 2023.
庆典仪式上，佐科总统称赞国有企业建设硝酸铵工厂是减少对硝酸铵进口依赖的重要举措。项目的正式投产运维缓解印尼本国部分硝酸铵产品的进口。硝酸及硝酸铵是农业和工业的重要原料，项目的正式投产必将为印尼工业和农业的发展起到进一步的推动作用。
In his speech at the ceremony, Jokowi praised the construction of an ammonium nitrate factory by state-owned enterprises as an important facility to reduce dependence on ammonium nitrate imports. He went on to say that nitric acid and ammonium nitrate are important feedstock of agricultural and food industries, with the completion and go into production of the plant, it will further push the agricultural and industrial development of Indonesia.
访问期间，周恩利同印尼业主方展开亲切会晤，业主对赛鼎公司专有的硝酸及硝铵技术的成熟及先进性给予充分的认可。同时对赛鼎在技术支持以及在项目执行过程中的专业能力表达了由衷的赞赏。
During his vist, Mr. Zhou Enli had a cordial meeting with the PT KAN Owners. PT KAN Owners fully recognized the maturity and advanced nature of SEDIN’s proprietary technologyfor nitric acid and ammonium nitrate production, and also expressed massive thanks and appreciation for SEDIN’s professional capability and strong support to the project construction.

Indonesia is an important developing country in Southeast Asia. Being actively responded to the "Belt and Road" Initiative called for by Chairman Xi Jinping, the production capacity cooperation strategy and foreign connectivity policy, SEDIN has seized the strategic docking and cooperation opportunities between China and Indonesia, increased the in-depth layout of the Indonesian market, accelerated business transformation and upgrading, and actively promoted the integration of investment, construction, operation and maintenance. This event is an important milestone in market development of SEDIN in Indonesia, and the successful operation of PT KAN ammonium nitrate project is another validation of the technology possessed by SEDIN. It is also the good assistance for the promotion of SEDIN’s ammonium nitrate technology in Indonesia and in Southeast Asian markets, and for the promotion of the proprietary technologies of CNCEC in Indonesia and the brand promotion of CNCEC positively in Southeast Asia.
