On July 1, the Company Party Committee held a commendation conference marking the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. Participants watched the live broadcast of the national celebration and carefully studied the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping. Zhou Enli, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Company, delivered a speech; Geely, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, read out the commendation decision; and Lian Ziren, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, presided over the meeting.
The conference commended outstanding primary-level Party organizations and outstanding Party members that have emerged in various fields such as production and operation, reform and innovation, and party building. Members of the company's party committee, senior executives, mid-level cadres, party member representatives, members of the leadership team of the Coking Company attended the meeting on site, and party members and cadres above the middle level of the Ningbo Company and Kechuang Company participated in the meeting via video.
At the meeting, Zhou Enli, secretary of the company's party committee and chairman of the board, delivered a special Party lecture entitled "Establishing a Correct View of Political Achievements, Embarking on a New Journey through Practical Action, and Pursuing High-Quality Development with Real Results". He said that the outlook on political achievements is a concentrated reflection of the worldview, outlook on life and values of party members and cadres in their work and endeavors. What kind of outlook on political achievements to establish, and what kind of achievements to pursue not only concerns the personal growth of leading cadres, but also the success of the Party's cause, as well as the company's development trajectory and foundation.
\tBased on the actual development of the company, Zhou Enli put forward five requirements to all primary-level Party organizations: First, deeply understand the vital importance of a correct outlook on political achievements and build a solid ideological foundation. The second is to study in depth and thoroughly understand General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on establishing and practicing a correct outlook on political achievements, and to keep to the right course of action. The third is to closely align with the company's realities and implement the correct view of performance throughout the entire process of reform and development. The fourth is to draw lessons from cases and sound the alarm, and resolutely correct the problem of deviations in the outlook on political achievements. The fifth is to solidify responsibilities, work diligently, and deliver achievements that stand the test of scrutiny with a sound work style. He called on all Party members to unite more closely, guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, to firmly establish and consciously practice a correct outlook on political achievements, to maintain a sense of responsibility of "staying constantly attentive" and a proactive spirit of action, to work diligently and forge ahead with determination, and to help build the Group into a world-class innovative engineering company.
\tBefore the bright red Party flag, Zhou Enli led all party members to stand solemnly, raised their right fist high, and recited the oath of joining the party in unison. The sonorous and powerful oath inspires everyone to keep their mission in mind and play their pioneering and exemplary role in the company's development.
\tThe company's party committee called on all primary-level Party organizations to conscientiously convey and implement the spirit of the meeting. All Party members must build consensus and adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. They must strengthen confidence, stay focused on key tasks, shoulder responsibilities, and contribute to accelerating the Group's development into a world-class innovative engineering company!
